In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Registering, maintaining, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. sina88 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all balances, including winnings, upon detection of duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your account's lifetime and to notify sina88 promptly of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC documentation typically includes: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document — the Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) is accepted; (b) proof of residential address dated within the last three months; and (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sina88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfer), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

sina88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a market to guarantee a bonus rollover outcome (commonly referred to as "bonus bagging" or "arbitrage betting"), registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and placing bets that do not represent genuine risk-taking behaviour. Where bonus abuse is detected, sina88 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, and to permanently close the Player's Account.

5.4 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

sina88 may offer time-limited promotions tied to sporting events (such as the EPL season, Champions League, BRI Liga 1, or FIFA World Cup), national celebrations (such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day), or platform milestones. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability. Past availability of a promotion does not guarantee its recurrence.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the sina88 Platform are subject to acceptance by sina88. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account Balance. sina88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) there has been a manifest error in the odds or market presentation; (b) the bet is suspected to be part of a coordinated manipulation attempt; or (c) the relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed without the Player's knowledge.

6.2 Mix Parlay and Accumulator Bets

Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) are subject to the individual rules of each selected market. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the remaining selections stand and the odds are recalculated accordingly. Minimum and maximum mix parlay payout limits apply and are displayed in the betting interface.

6.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during an event at sina88's discretion. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension — caused by connectivity issues or system latency — may be voided. Live bet settlement timelines may extend beyond the event's conclusion pending official result confirmation.

6.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in pricing, market creation, or settlement (including typographical errors or technical faults), sina88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. sina88 is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, regardless of whether they have been confirmed by the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sina88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying code or systems.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to obtain credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through a VPN service intended to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sina88 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the sina88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sina88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of sina88.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is governed by the intellectual property rights of the respective studios. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sina88 hereby excludes all liability for:

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, sina88's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting sina88 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.2 Termination by sina88

sina88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, detection of fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by sina88 — all Bonus Funds, pending bonus conversions, and rewards accrued under any loyalty programme shall be forfeited immediately. Clauses pertaining to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sina88 is incorporated and licensed. sina88 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.
